Service Description

Led by an expert Family Therapist who specilaises in the field of Gender Services, this course examines the importance of gender inclusivity in the workplace, the current law and best practice policies surrounding gender inclusivity and implementation of gender-inclusive leadership. We examine, in-depth, the gender-inclusive actions that a workplace needs to incorporate, these cover the core factors of Interpersonal, Enviromental and Organisational steps and offer bespoke impletementation guides. We cover all aspects of enabling a trans and non-binary inclusive workplace and how this is also a key factor in employee retention along with celebrating a truly diverse organisation.
